women are given whatever they crave for without any arguments( and it’s not always because people around them are scared of a hormone induced flare up) but because their cravings are actually little hints, that the body is trying to give, about what else it requires to nurture the growing fetus.
….who wouldn’t want to have these.
So, how do we begin? I am going to share two of my staples, Apple Cinnamon and Cucumber Mint Lemon here, but you can come up with a lot more variations by experimenting with what you stock in your pantry or which flavors resonate better with your palette.
So here it goes for Apple Cinnamon Craving Crusher you need-
Add all these to a glass bottle. I have this one which is specifically for this purpose. It has a wider mouth so that easier to put things in and it also comes with the strainer on top so that you only drink and don’t end up eating your craving crusher. But if you can’t find these its okay to use a big beer glass too. You can strain it out later and consumer the water.
So add all the three together and leave it in the fridge overnight so that the water can imbibe all the flavors of the ingredients.
Next day morning its ready to drink. You can carry it along to work, or if you’re stepping anywhere out during the day.

For Cucumber Mint Lemon, add all the ingredients(lemon juice or a few slices of whole lemon) in a tall glass or a (glass lined) bottle.This time, add warm water.
This can be consumed immediately as warm water brews all the ingredients instantly. I like to add a little black salt to this drink too but that’s completely optional.
But this not just it. You can add a variety of items to make your own Craving Crusher. Go crazy!!!!! Typically, dried ingredients will require stewing overnight in the fridge. Citrus fruits like Pineapple slices, Orange wedges can work fantastically well too with herbs like basil, parsley or celery. If you like to go rustic-try fennel seeds, carom seeds, even vanilla beans!!!!! Ginger can be a good flavor enhancer too.
